Dear WSIS Media Caucus Members

I am attaching the latest schedule for WSIS Civil Society Meetings. The
Media Caucus has a daily meeting slot in the ITU building from 5pm - 6pm. It
is likely that we won't need to meet every day, but I thought it best to
reserve a regular time and adjust it there if we don't need it. It is also
likely that this won't suit everyone, but we must be appreciative of the
complexities of scheduling all the required meetings.

The time slot will enable many of us to focus on what unfolds in the Plenary
Room and we can react if needs be, the next day.

I arrive on the 13th, midday but won't be available until the next day. I
look forward to seeing those of you who are able to attend, as you arrive. I
apologise for not circulating the list of people who are able to attend. I
am endeavouring to rescue it from a faulty hard drive and will send it out
if I can.

Our first meeting is Thursday 17th, at 5pm. Look forward to seeing as many
of you as can make it, there.
