[Media Caucus] Greetings, and Wish to Submit Paper Proposal

Dear Director Taussig:

I have a question which perhaps is too simple to post the discussion list; I attended WSIS/I in Geneva and participated in the Media Caucus. My background in ICT is early 1960's *  to the present, and I would very much like to give a paper at WSIS/II Tunis.

I would very much appreciate knowing the procedure to submit and Abstract, etc..  I have a few proposals specific to media.
