Dear Media Caucus Members

 

Those of you who responded to my call during PrepCom 3 requesting
overpasses have been placed on a list and will receive them. 

 

Some people who initially responded are no longer attending the Summit,
so I am re-opening this list for others who may now be coming but did
not know this during PrepCom3.

 

Please note that this list will not include people from Tunisia who are
being accommodated through overpasses allocated and distributed in a
separate process.

 

I will be travelling for the next 4 days, making my way from Mongolia to
Tunis and may not be able to read email.

 

I will have the final list and passes for allocation from the CSB
offices on the 15th. I will send another note before then to confirm the
specific hours for distribution. 

 

While in Tunis (13th - 20th) I will be roaming on my South African cell
number. Please only use it if essential.
