[Media Caucus] WSIS Overpasses

Hi Tracey,

This is Joanna from Third World Majority. Myself, and the US media 
justice delegation will be in Tunis 12 - 19 Nov.  Documentation and 
coverage is one our main priorities, thus would greatly appreciate an 
overpass.

Steve, I think it is a great idea to have a rotation system to maximize 
the use of the badge. Let us also be conscious, amidst the craze & 
business of all the events and proceedings, of using them responsibly 
and returning them in a timely manner to ensure maximum access.
