Hello

I have arrived in Tunisia and am stationed in the Media Office in the
Civil Society Pavillion, not far from the Plenary room. It seems we will
get the overpasses on the 15th and I undertake to be in the Civil society
area from 4 pm to 6pm for collection. I will send another message if they
are not available by then, or if they become available before.

I am posting the Media overpass list below. As you will see there is one
spare - number 6 / just became available.

There is some discussion about having a Media caucus meeting. Of course
any meeting is likley to conflict with the negotiations, so it would be
with this in mind that we convene. There are two meeting spaces in the
civil society area - for 30 & 40 people. It needs to be booked.

I will establish the booking availability. Meanwhile can I have responeses
on approximate times.

Do you have a preference for.....

Monday sometime between midday and 4pm
Tuesday 3-4pm
Thursday 11.30 - 1.30

My feeling is Monday - tomorrow. Responses?

Tracey
