[Media Caucus] Internet Governance

Dear All

The Internet Governance Caucus has asked if we (and any other caucus)  
would like to speak during Plenary. To date we have not taken a  
position on IG. It seems certain that a Forum to discuss Internet  
policy issues will be an outcome of PCom 3. I think at the least we  
need to call for a role for the media within such a forum.....we  
could go further.
