[Media Caucus] Fwd: [WSIS CS-Plenary] HR caucus proposes Shirin Ebadi to speak at WSIS opening

Dear All --

I think we should take Guillaume up on his offer. I think we should cobble 
together a statement based on the agreed Media Caucus texts to date. I would be 
glad to work next week with whoever else would like to to pick out the main 
points of our texts so far. It obviously shouldn't be too long.
