Dear Tracey,
No. I am speaking of the World Electronic Media Forum, which is a media side-event organized by ASBU for the World Broadcasting Unions and UNDPI. They will probably have a slot in the plenary, which will be filled by the President of ASBU.
The WEMF is supposed to issue recommendations for the atention of Kofi Annan and the WSIS plenary. This is why media caucus members should make sure their voice is heard in this context.
Regards.
Guillaume

Does 'speak at the Tunis Forum' mean that you will be speaking in the Plenary room? Perhaps as one of the reports from multi-stakeholder meetings?
If you do speak in the Plenary, and will speak as a member of the Media Caucus and in the context of WEMF, this is great news. The Media caucus has been consistent, at all stages of WSIS and with all its participants, on the role of Freedom of Expression in the Information Society. I have no doubt that we could formulate a text from the agreed texts, of which there is now a collection.
Do let us know.
regards
Tracey
