I shall also be speaking at this forum -- but I'll be focusing on safety and protection issues. I very much support the notion that Guillaume presents a text that covers media concerns.

Dear Heidi,
The World Electronic Media Forum - organized on WSIS premises Nov. 15 and
16 - is an opportunity for the media caucus to make its voice heard. Let's
make sure this gathering does come up with some strong language in its
recommendations, which hopefully will be transmitted to the WSIS plenary.
As organizer of the Geneva WEMF, I have been asked to sdpeak at the Tunis
Forum and will gladly present a statement by the Media Caucus if it can be
put together in time.
