Dear Tracey,

As regards your request for nominations for speakers at the Summit, we
propose Alfonso Ruiz de Assín and Alexandre Jobim representing IAB.

They have been attending all the Preparatory Committee meetings of Phases 1
and 2, as well as regional meetings of the WSIS.

In this moment they are in Geneva participating in PrepCom III.

They have a vast experience on these issues and the media field, mainly
boradcasting in several regions.

Both of them have already confirmed their participation in Tunis.
