Hi,

I just wanted to let you know that we are now 10.  And assuming that  
all of us have joined as members, I have received emails from several  
of you, the conditions for forming the group have been met.

So, it is probably time for us to get started.  I see the following  
set of things to get started on.

Administrative: should spend as little as possible on these  
activities, but need

- are we fine with the charter?  by consensus at this point we can  
make any amendments that people feel are needed.  I am fine with  
leaving it as it is (though i could tweak it forever), but it makes  
sense for the topic to be open if anyone thinks it needs to be.

- the charter mentions netiquette.  i think that we should agree on a  
brief set of definitions for netiquette so that we have something to  
point to should we ever need to (and sooner or later we will).  i can  
write up a brief draft of how it think of it.

- designate leadership.  on this we can do it whenever we are ready,  
though we may want to give a little more time for an initial group to  
form.  i think we should _not_ wait any longer then right after the  
holidays.

Technical:

- figure out the tools we want to use for joint collaboration and for  
voting


Get to work:

- figure out what our immediate agenda is, e.g.:
   - MSH discussion and description?
   - Recommendations for upcoming consultations
