[Mmwg] (preliminary) wiki set up

hi,

i don't know if all subscribers want their names listed or not.  so  
people should edit the partial list that is there to include their  
name or not as they please.

i think we should also get account control so that only members of  
the list can edit the wiki pages.  i mean we can also have a guest  
comment section, but i think only members of the WG should be able to  
edit pages.
