[Mmwg] Important : procedure for runoff election

Hi,

Well as some people said, the vote has already started.  I will  
certainly expend it though the 20th.

We did have at least one member who objected to using majority over  
2/3.  Is there a way of resolving that issue.  I would hate for their  
to be any question as to the results.

One possibility, perhaps a bit of a spin, is that if we get someone  
with just a plurality or majority, we then seek consensus on that  
choice.
