[Mmwg] With the elections over... can we get to the subject at hand ?

I've been a bit surprised of the amount of time and energy that has gone
into the election vs. the IGF consultation that took place last week.


With the election "over", I would like to raise two issues for comment &
discussion:

1. What co-ordination if any can be done to prepare comments for the two
upcoming deadlines mentioned by Desai - ie.  End of Feb & March

2. How multi-stakeholder in fact is this list? Is it intended just for
CS? If not, then how can we extend invitations to get key members from
the private sector and governments subscribed to the discussions.
