i both agree and don't (what else is new?)
it did offshoot from IGC, but was designed as open to all.
personally i see the charter as saying as a group everyone is welcome
in as long as they are interested in the working on the problem - no
credentials are checked at the door. but i think we should only
recruit among those who be helpful to figuring things out and getting
work done, and not just for the sake of being more
multistakeholderish per se. not that i have any opinions about the
degree of usefulness or wonderfulness of any of the people we are
thinking of recruiting.
