I've seen me, Milton and perhaps others object to the term "programme committee".
 
Wolfgang:
How far your opposition goes? Is this a "veto" against a "Programme Committee"? My reading of both the IGF consultations in Geneva last week and the discussion on the list is, that the PC is the most consensual proposal.

Separately, I agree with Bill that there clearly is no consensus on
whether T&A exists as a separate stakeholder, so we should not take a
stance on that, unless we find a way to sort out some consensus.
