Wolfgang:
A good effort, overall. I like the way you handled the disucssion group issue and the technical/academic issue.

A few comments:

* paragraph 4: give a clear message - delete the parenthetical expansion of the group to 30. Don't confuse the position we advocate with the position we might be willing to accept if pushed.   The PC should be small and manageable. 30 is too big. 

* paragraph 2 should mention that we oppose spearate bureaus for gov, biz and org

* "eDGIGs" should be shortened to eDGs. Of course they are about IG, you don't need that and the longer the acronym gets the more intimidating it gets
