[Mmwg] Mechanism proposition

Let's build on the experience of the WSIS, particularly the WGIG  
process. All the stakeholders, Governments, NGOS, and - yes - even  
the business sector seem to be keen on using it as a model.

why not? Let's try to be innovative. Novel approaches, are ones that  
are needed.

I agree with McTim. If we are talking about internet governance then  
all types of users should be able to have a voice in the discussions.  
This involves governments, business (small & large), user groups, and  
individual users.

The WSIS process allowed small organizations to speak. That was an  
achievement , and accomplishment that should be built on and improved  
in the "new" IG process underway.

It all depends on your perspective -  One person's terrorist is  
another person's freedom fighter.

In terms of minimum standards, perhaps we can develop a set of core  
principles participants should agree to. For example, I would say   
the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the WSIS principles are  
starting points...
