Imperfect representation is not representation. I cannot stress that 
enough. And judging by the outputs of the WGIG, I'd hardly pull the WGIG 
in as a model to do things. Perhaps that's a dangerous thing to say in 
present company, but it's better to know that now than later.

Then let's not try to represent everyone, instead focusing on the 
interests that we each hold dear and be transparent and open with the 
relevant communities. The whole thing at the community level revolves 
around trust from the community; at the 'higher' level things get more 
complicated with personal biases. These personal biases and prejudices 
in dealings should not be the pivot factor.

It's imperfect. Sure. But at least we're not running around and claiming 
perfection. When others who feel that they are underserved rise to the 
occasion, they can create their own group or fold in here - the latter 
being something that has to be weighed on the merits, independent of 
personal biases and prejudices.
