[Mmwg] co-chair suggestion

hi,

i think it is not a very stringent time requirement.  in my view the  
wg will pretty much motivate itself, and get work done.  chairs seem  
to be necessary to keep us on track, help figure out deadlines and  
try and get us to meet them, deal with any membership crises such as  
netiquette, determine consensus and call votes if necessary.  (note:  
we still need to figure out how to actually do a vote - technological  
solutions that maintain anonymity preferred)

in the meantime i am willing to continue with the mailing list chores  
unless someone else wants them, the group wants someone else to do   
them, or i end up with some sort of conflict of interest.
