Hi,

since we did not reach consensus, I am trying to find a way to do an  
election.

Several people suggested ways to do an email ballot, but at least one  
person has suggested that this is not sufficiently, or at least  
provably, transparent.  I am therefore trying to get a ballot set up  
somewhere and will get back to you as soon as possible.

apologies - i have been looking but just haven't found the right  
service/sw yet.  and until this week did not have the sense of  
urgency i have this week.
