Would it be acceptable to see this workshop as the start of an online
working group (another point that needs to be addressed by the MAG)?

There is no way that you can reasonably address an issue such as trusted
computing - let alone generate outcomes - in one or two hours. So my
idea would be to bring all stakeholders around a table, have a
discussion (agree, no presentations) and then agree to start a process
to work about outcomes.

Also, about diversity etc: I would have expected the IGF to provide it,
i.e. someone says "let's discuss this", the workshop is put on the
agenda, and then all participants to the IGF from the different
stakeholder groups join the discussion if they wish. The opposite -
i.e., asking proponents to identify all different stakeholder groups and
ensure their participation before proposing the workshop - is much more
difficult, especially for less influential and organized stakeholders
like us; it would remove most of the added value of the IGF.
