[Mmwg] With the elections over... can we get to thesubject at hand ?

I'm curious - did the group reach a consensus as to whether it is fine
to to ahead and invite other stakeholders - private sector, other cs &
governments to this list.

I've held back doing so, but can proceed as suggested if in fact that is
the consensus..

please advise.
