I am a bit confused. Bill & Milton are you both suggesting a campaign
against the "communications protocol" concept that emerged at the end of
the DiploFoundation meeting in Malta this past Feb?

Personally, I thought it was a good proposal - one that I see we should
seriously consider. It is an innovative idea , one that I hope the MMWG
community can further revise and develop.
