Hi Avri,
I received it. So it works.
As an explanation of the post-scriptum to me from Avri, we both participated
in Wolfgang's Summer School on Internet Governance in Meissen and had
interesting exchanges with other actors on the concept of multi-stakeholder
governance or MSG.
Given the name and purpose of this list, we were wondering if it could be
used to hold more focussed discussions on practical modalities for
multi-stakeholder processes, particularly of course concerning the IGF.
Several questions will have to be answered in that context, including the
multi-stakeholder nature and structure of the dynamic coalitions (cf. the
agenda for the September 3 consultations), the composition and designation
of the MAG (or whatever name it takes), the possible elaboration of
recommendations, etc...
Would exploring this potential role be considered useful by the subscribers
of the list ?
Best
