Robert:

You can also e-mail me privately with "personal"
comments if you so wish. Please keep the tone of this
list neutral - it is just a discusssion!

Robert I am not attending the summit and have no
vested interest in the passes. However, I do want to
ensure that all organizations have the opportunity to
participate if they so wish. There may be persons who
don't know you personally who wish to attend. This
list I hope is an inclusive and democratic process.

I will send you the list of names that have been
posted to the list asap and please go ahead and make
sure that everyone gets a pass ! I realize that on
this list we don't follow Sean's instructions as
posted ? ok Robert then keep us posted.

I am quite pleased that you are taking the lead to
sort lists out - thanks Robert - saves me time too!.
Only please, NA also has a right to passes. It may
have been good to champion for 15 places for us rather
than wrangle 7 out of the European group which leaves
them with a reduced number of passes as well. Anyway,
you decide and co-ordinate on-site a fair process so
that NA gets a place!

Robert - Plenary is open to all (per your note below)
and just as a small reminder everyone does have a
right to participate in this NA process where the
appointments have purely been on the base of self
appointment ( causing possible biases in the process
of filtering information ) rather than by any formal
elected proces. NA should champion transparency and
inclusivenes as basic process in the way it
communicates.

Btw, You may also want to send us a copy of the
ammended structure so that we don't get in to this
situation again and take up peoples time. I think
there is a great need for clarity Robert - please
provide it.

Thank you in advance for the provision of clarity for
us all. That is all from me - too many e-mails for me
too - - we are all very busy - and I do wnat us to
move ahead towards concrete discussions rather than
get in to unnecessary discussions!

Thanks to all for your patience!

Amali
