Dear All

Sally burch has been asked by the Secretariate, to provide a list of 
'experts' in the following areas, for a joint conference with the Center 
for International Legal Studies (assuming this could be the URL but not 
sure: http://www.cils.org/)

I have offered to compile a list and send it to savita, howwver, i have 
asked savita to clarify when and where this conference would be (it's not 
even clear to me that it is a Summit event) and for a little more 
information in general.

However, in the meantime, could i ask the caucuses and working groups to 
submit names of people with expertise/experience in the following areas:

>Copyrights; electronic signatures, Defamation; Data Protection; Formation 
>of Contracts in the Internet; Internet Regulation; Liability of Defective 
>Software; Resolution of Disputes over IT and Surveillance
>and Property.
