dear all

I know it's hard to follow the various threads here, but this is a quick 
update on three other Documents - this is NOT about the Visionary Document ;)

Civil Society Benchmarks document
---------------------------------
Althought this was largely completed, there are a couple of sections 
whereby caucuses (who had already submitted text) requested a little more 
time to refine areas where there wasn't broad enough concensus or make 
minor changes. This relates to

- the Media caucus
- the Cultural and Linguistics diveristy caucus (who have already submitted)

If there are other caucuses who worked on the document and wish to make 
important (but minor) changes - please send them to karenb at apcwomen.org by 
** Monday Dec 1st **.

We will then ask our translation team to adjust the changes to the online 
versions which are here:

Declaration and Action Plan
---------------------------
We will try to finish the compilation of these as updated to PrepCom IIIA 
and post online to have available as a reference document for the Summit. 
I'm afraid i can't take responsibility for taking on board any other 
additions at this time.

Shall try to have the above available by Dec 1st also.
