With the Tunis & Geneva phases of the WSIS completed, there no Civil
Society bureau. No process nor discussion has taken place either.

In the meantime , an effective means of information sharing and outreach
needs to be organized in an ad hoc and voluntary basis. Your help, and
that of others would be very much appreciated.

>From there, a process would need to be started on how to select/appoint
representatives from the European and North American regions.
