The drafting group has therefore agreed to produce a<BR>document with a more simple structure (outlined below). This<BR>basically aims to compile and edit the wealth of input produced
by<BR>the different caucuses over the past 2 years. It is also intended to<BR>frame the issues in such a way as to be accessible to people who<BR>are new to the process.<BR><BR>As of Thursday we will be posting parts of the document (hopefully<BR>a complete first draft by Friday) for your immediate input and<BR>comment. This will not yet be an edited draft. Editing is planned<BR>over the weekend to ensure a more even style, remove<BR>redundancies etc. We hope to have a more polished version by<BR>Monday. As the document needs to go for translation and printing<BR>before the Summit, we will have only a couple of days to receive<BR>further comment. So please set aside some time to revise it as<BR>soon as it is posted.<BR><BR>The document structure we are working with:<BR><BR>Brief Preamble (origin and purpose of the document)<BR><BR>I. a visionary society<BR><BR>II. Principles, goals and challenges:<BR><BR>2.1 human rights (includes communication rights, labor rights,<BR>priva
