[WSIS CS-Plenary] How will you celebrate World Information Society Day?

World internet day is supposed to be different then world  
telecommunications day. the confusion , the same dates - got everyone  
confused..

as I mentioned earlier, "world internet day" (dia del Internet) did  
come from the spanish government. There is a website , in spanish of  
course - url is below.
