<P>I think that CS has an important duty to promote the setting up of an impartial international body to regulate this area. A set of international standards - possibly regulated by ISO and an international "court" to settle disputes. However, the procedures must not become so onerous that those ( countries or individuals) with limited income cannot avail themselves of these regulatory measures. Domain name / e-mail piracy in this international sea of the information highway has to be policed in a manner that is in accordance with an international human rights code amongst other codes of conduct. </P>
<P>CS must not shy away from identifying important issues - it is after all, for our common long term good. CS is uniquely positioned to provide comment on areas that the private sector or government may not be in a position to highlight.</P>
