<DIV>Language "Script" recognition is an important area. There is a need to ask for "translation tools" to deal with this at the national ( governments should provide this - only advantaged English speaking groups may end up having access - bridging the digital divide) and international levels. Good area for ITU, UNESCO - UN in general.</DIV>
