My understanding is that the deadline to be registered as focal point and to have a code to register participants was first of october. But on this page <A href="http://www.itu.int/wsis/geneva/registration/index.html">http://www.itu.int/wsis/geneva/registration/index.html</A>, you can contact the email address and ask for your code as a focal point.<BR>

To register participants, I understand at PrepComIII that we can PRE-register participants until 5 of december. Especially to give organisers time to make badges, etc. Registration can be made also after this date. <BR>
