<DIV>1) CS participation and access</DIV>
<DIV>2 ) Freedom of expression</DIV>

<DIV><STRONG>5 Designated Computer Access Points in each country ( internet access ) by March 1, 2004 so that local CS can contribute to the WSIS - CS discussions on-line !</STRONG></DIV>
