<DIV>Dear Civil Society Members:</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>I suggest that we: </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>1 ) Identify the issues that we think will be important to Civil Society in Phase 2</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>2) Carry out a SWOT ( strenghs, weaknesses, opportunities, threats ) analysis of our current Civil Society co-ordination structure using a universally available collaboration tool.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>3 ) We can then conclude as to:</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV> a) Leaving the CS structure as it is for the future </DIV>
<DIV> (save us some time so that we can address some </DIV>
<DIV> real issues)</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV> b) Changing the structure to a certain extent to reflect </DIV>
<DIV> new priorites ( increase language translation </DIV>
<DIV> capabilites )</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV> c) Throwing the old structure out completely and </DIV>
<DIV> bring in the new ! ( a lot of work !) </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>I would be pleased to co-ordinate this analysis with others.</DIV>
