activists to participate in a research project intended to contribute to the
second phase of the World Summit on the Information (WSIS) decision-making

de trabajo que participen en las definiciones de políticas en esta etapa de la
Cumbre. Estos documentos aportarán información a quienes estén en posición
de impulsar estas políticas sobre sus consecuencias y posibles impactos en los

autores de las investigaciones pueden ser invitados a presentar sus
