<P>I didn't find any report of your 30 August "Informal&nbsp;meeting" with the chairman of PrepCom, Ambassador Karklins. You may remember I was present just before the meeting was to open and I asked Mr Karklins if I could participate as an accredited WSIS delegate, but he declined.</P>
<P>Thus my question : where can the CS Plenary and C&amp;T find a report of this meeting ?</P>
