<DIV><TT>Francais below:<BR><BR>---<BR><BR>Dear all,<BR><BR>This is to inform and invite you all to participate in an online<BR>discussion forum of Africa civil society to develop position papers on<BR>various policy issues in preparation to the upcoming Africa regional<BR>PrepCom for WSIS in Accra, Ghana later this month.<BR><BR>The discussion forum will cover three main areas of:<BR><BR>- ICT Policy Priorities for Africa<BR>- Financial Mechanisms for ICTD<BR>- Internet Governance<BR><BR>The discussion forum will take place in the coming three weeks <BR>(commencing today 5th till January the 26th January) with weekly <BR>summaries on each of the areas discussed.<BR><BR>The final report will be presented in Accra during the Africa<BR>civil society pre-event meeting to be held on the 28th February, an <BR>agenda of the meeting will be posted to this list shortly.<BR><BR>The discussion forum will he held in both English and French with <BR>weekly
