confusion in yr requests. Please kindly note the following
accreditation/registration procedures for the upcoming PrepCom2, 17-25 February

are 2 different procedures to follow <b><span style='font-weight:bold'>BOTH
MANDATORY: ACCREDITATION AND REGISTRATION!!!<o:p></o:p></span></b></span></font></p>

w:st="on">Summit</st1:City> (<st1:City w:st="on">Geneva</st1:City>) remain
accredited for the second phase (<st1:State w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Tunis</st1:place></st1:State>).
All NGOs and Civil Society entities who are <b><span style='font-weight:bold'>NOT
IN CONSULTATIVE STATUS with ECOSOC</span></b> had to obtain accreditation (as
deadline expired on Jan 6, requests submitted after the deadline can <b><span
style='font-weight:bold'>NO</span></b> longer be considered for PrepCom2, can <b><span
style='font-weight:bold'>ONLY</span></b> be considered for PrepCom3).<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><b><font size=2 face=Arial><span lang=EN-GB
style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial;font-weight:bold'>All NGOs and Civil Society
entities in CONSULTATIVE STATUS with ECOSOC </span></font></b><font size=2

have to go through the full accreditation process. They should nevertheless submit
to the Executive Secretariat their wish to participate in the PrepComs and the <st1:place

style='font-weight:bold'>2 weeks in advance of each PrepCom</span></b>, by
