Group of Friends of the President (GFC) has issued two documents to be
submitted to PrepCom-2 as a possible basis for negotiations. These documents, prepared
in response to a request by Prepcom-1 of the <st1:State w:st="on">Tunis</st1:State>
phase of the <st1:City w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Summit</st1:place></st1:City>,
represent the outcome of meetings and consultations held since October 2004.
Working on the assumption that the outcome of the <st1:State w:st="on"><st1:place
w:st="on">Tunis</st1:place></st1:State> phase would be one document in two
parts, the GFC produced a Political Chapeau and an Operational Part. The
document is available on the documents page of PrepCom-2 at <a

consultations tenues depuis octobre 2004. En travaillant sur la probabilité que
le résultat obtenu lors de la phase de Tunis soit un document en deux parties,
