<div>2. Many of the CS involved in the wsis process like to be engaged
and are very keen to help in a collaborative fashion. Makign
statements - like the ones in your message that "all have been
done for you" - might provoke some reactions.</div>

<div>There are collaborative tools - such as wiki's that can be very
effective in building documents. That way it's not just one person
that needs to do everything, but a team that puts things together.
Once the document is build - one just has to visit the site.</div>
