<P>If this Press Release wasn't a CONGO wording, it wasn't either -and this is more important- a CS wording as the title mentioned.</P>
<P>Obviously; it isn't a compilation of the CS diverse expressions, but probably a wording of the CS Secretariat. CONGO should have avoid this misunderstanding before editing the release on its website and send it to the CS lists.</P>
<P>The title and content of this release are therefore to be corrected accordingly.</P>
<P>Thanks to Adina for understanding the meaning of my approach, which isn't but a mere respect of the different CS components.</P>
