<P>This is a perfect demonstration of the "openness" of the WSIS and prooves the value of the "multi-stakeholder process", this model of gouvernance for the future UN.</P>
<P>Yet, CSDPTT thanks Ambassador Karklins for having tried to manage CS to be better included in the upcoming WSIS process. I'd just remember that the last GFC open meeting was mainly animated by the twenty or so CS members who participated actively to the debate and brought some input, whereas more than a hundred gouvernements' representatives were rather short in comments and proposals. </P>

<P>Quoi qu'il en soit, CSDPTT remercie le Président Karklins pour ses efforts d'inclure plus effectivement la SC dans le processus du SMSI. J'aimerais juste rappeler que la dernière réunion ouverte du GAP était surtout animée par la vingtaine de membres de la SC présents qui y ont pris une part active, que par la large centaine de délégués gouvernementaux, plutôt à court de commentaires et de propositions. </P>
