<DIV>I think the purposes of plenary list and <SPAN class=correction id="">individual</SPAN> inquiries are being <SPAN class=correction id="">misinterpreted</SPAN> and <SPAN class=correction id="">misused</SPAN>. Here is what&nbsp;I expected when I expressed my interest for <SPAN class=correction id="">subscription</SPAN> to the list to <SPAN class=correction id=""><SPAN class=correction id="">Renat</SPAN></SPAN> and Karen.&nbsp;I thought the <SPAN class=correction id="">plenary</SPAN> list will work as a communications tool for "One to Many" in order to mobilize the interest and energy of our&nbsp;stakeholders. If anyone needed a very specific and individual attention, then&nbsp;he/she can use his/her own&nbsp;address list for the inquiries. On this note, I would like to ask Karen about her perspective&nbsp;on how to make this process more&nbsp;effective and efficient while <SPAN class=correction id="">accomplishing</SPAN> our mutual goals and objectives.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</DIV>
