from ICT just like other community members only if equal participation in ICT
development from design stage through implementation, monitoring and evaluation

Executive Secretariat that<BR>the deadline for announcing initiatives to merge
side-events has been<BR>extended until 25 July. In this regard, please find
attached the latest<BR>amended list of side events requests classified by
thematic clusters.<BR><BR> <BR><BR>Lastly, let me reiterate you that the
Informal Open-ended Consultations on<BR>Internet Governance (20 July 2005,
10.00-13.00), convened by Ambassador<BR>Masood Khan, Chairman of the PrepCom-3
Sub-Committee A on Internet<BR>Governance, is open to all stakeholders,
