The WSIS Executive Secretariat was informed very late of the final available funding for CS fellowships. Further to a meeting with the WSIS (24 August), we were provided with a short list of applicants, including all valid requests in accordance with the ITU principles, for consideration to the Civil Society Bureau. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
