Once again, not a single working journalist or journalists' representative has been chosen, even tho the name of Aidan White, the General Secretary of the International Federation of Journalists (and an excellent, well-informed and convincing speaker) was submitted, along with that of South African journalist Brenda Zulu. The IFJ is merely the federation of all the world's journalists' unions.<BR>

There is something profoundly frivolous about people who think there ought to be an Information Society without any input from journalists. And Civil Society wonders why it doesn't get a good press!<BR>
