Hier tu nous a donné deux alternatives pour le processus de distribution des overpasses, en nous demandant avec insistence de choisir celle qui nous convenait,et de l'annoncer à tous les membres du caucus, au CONGO et à la plénière de la Société Civile. Nous avons opté pour l'enregistrement manuel, afin de dresser une liste qui devait te parvenir demain. Après réception de ton dernier message, je me suis empressée de faire un appel à la société civile africaine, demandant à tous les membres susceptibles d'être à Tunis de s'enregistrer à la ligne africaine. </DIV>

<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN lang=EN-GB style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">CSB members and Caucus/WG/CS Family coordinators were recently informed about the process for the distribution of overpasses for the High Level Panel in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:place w:st="on"><st1:State w:st="on">Tunis</st1:State></st1:place> and for the Plenary meetings. Overpasses are needed only for the HLP and Plenary meetings, in which space constraints impose some obvious limitations in the number of persons allowed in the room. Only CS participants duly registered to Tunis Summit and badged under an accredited CS entity are entitled to request an overpass for those two meetings. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN lang=EN-GB style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">The Civil Society Bureau (CSB) was asked by the WSIS ES to ensure the repartition and the distribution of overpasses through a self-organizing process when space limitation occurs in some meeting rooms. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN lang=EN-GB style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><o:p> </o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN lang=EN-GB style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">For better transparency of the process, the CSB has established a central on-line overpass request system available for all caucuses/WG/families (<B><SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"><A href="http://www.privaterra.org/~rguerra/wsis">www.privaterra.org/~rguerra/wsis</A></SPAN></B>). Each CS registered participant, who would like to request an overpass, will have to fill in this form by 11 November 2005, indicating which Caucus/WG/families (s)he belongs to/participates in. Each requester will receive a confirmation of his/her request together with a registration number, and requests lists will be compiled for each CS grouping. </SPAN></FONT><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN lang=EN-GB style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">The electronically compiled lists will be sent to all focal points. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
