about immunities of participants in the Citizen Summit: The WSIS ES had their
legal expert look at it and it now announced on their website that the
privileges and immunity of the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Summit</st1:City></st1:place>
will not apply to participants in the Citizen Summit (cf. <a
